This is a video my friend Ed Thompson asked me to create as he was battling cancer. He wanted to make a video that would tell people about the importance of mindfulness and living in the present moment.

Ed was a unique character with a big heart. He had been everything from a prison guard, to a bar owner, to a boxer, and even a mayor and gubernatorial candidate. He was in the middle of a race for State Senate when he was diagnosed with 4th stage pancreatic cancer.

In this video Ed looks back on his life, discusses cancer and explains how we are each capable of creating a peaceful world by looking deeply at ourselves and living in the now.
